The Tiki Bar at the Sandpiper Beacon is where it the Panama City Beach Motorcycle Rally first began!

Bike Week as it is known today originally started as the "Bike and Beach Bash" made by a group of riders from the Macon, GA HOG Chapter. The
Rally was created in partnership with Garry Hundley of the Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort.
Thanks to the Tiki Bar's enthusiastic participation and valuable promotion of the event year after year, the Motorcycle Rally has become what it is today.
Panama City Beach Bike Week
As the ORIGINAL home to the Bike Rally in Panama City Beach, the Tiki Bar has literally been doing this since day one!
We are also very proud of our long-standing reputation for bringing bikers the best live shows and bands on the beach - always FREE.
You'll get the complete experience by staying at the Resort and making this your base, but no matter where you stay, everyone is welcome to party with us!

Live Bands & Great Music
Since the Bike Rally first started back in 1991 at the Tiki Bar at the Sandpiper Beacon, we has always been the home to the best bands on the beach, and never charged a cover!
We realize it's a better atmosphere and more fun when everybody is welcome, and everybody has a good time! Plus, having the most entertaining bands performing on the beach helps draw a crowd too!
We try to find the perfect balance between retuning favorites and introducing exciting new bands that you won't have heard before. So no matter what day of the week it is, you know you're gonna have a good time in the Tiki Bar!
Free Guest BBQ Cookout
No matter if you stay here and play here, or just come to play here, you're gonna feel welcomed with all our Southern hospitality. Friendly service, big smiles, and helpful customer service.
One tradition that has grown over the years though, is our free BBQ cookout for all guests staying at the Resort. Typically held on the first Thursday of each rally, guests get to enjoy a finger-lickin' good meal and free beer around sunset.
Friends don't let friends go hungry. That's why we also have an on-site beachside grill and a full service restaurant across the street that will satisfy any rumbling stomachs.
The Best Breakfast & Bloody Mary
There are some obvious things that will make your visit to Panama City Beach during bike Week enjoyable. A clean room, a comfy bed, good customer service, and lots of sunshine!
But there are also some smaller, but equally important things that can really make an otherwise great bike rally, truly memorable... A great breakfast, and a killer Bloody Mary!
The Tiki Bar has been perfecting and refining the ultimate bloody Mary for years, and all that patience and persistence have paid off... Then there's Coconuts restaurant across the street, which serves a breakfast so good it will be one of the highlights of your vacation!
